P7 children have started their new WAU topic - Through Vickie’s Eyes. They have been looking at different jobs which Victorian Children would have been expected to do. Today they had the challenge of imagining they were a chimney sweep and what it would feel like if they had to climb up the chimneys. Chimneys in Victorian times would have been roughly 30cms x 30cms. I don’t think any of our kids fancy the prospect of being a chimney sweep!
